With the new Enlight centric software platform,WXing is able to detect equipment failures and provide available information to the customer's maintenance team, or connect directly to SKF service points, to take appropriate action to improve the performance of rotating equipment.

As part of the service, WXing will disseminate knowledge through the Enlight central platform and global remote diagnostic services. This cloud platform will simplify WXing's ability to understand customer needs.

After moving to the amazon web services platform, WXingwill focus on providing insights, actionable information and comprehensive support solutions for global products and services.

The new Enlight center includes the ability to track and report operations, and it can clearly show the status of assets to customers through a dedicated dashboard. With this new platform, remote service engineers can help customers understand which devices in the fleet need to be prioritized by recording their equipment status.

WXing simplifies maintenance of rotating equipment through a global network of supplier remote diagnostic services. Global vendors can use the Enlight center to record the severity of their device failures, add comments, and set device status. The platform will also display the asset history for the customer, helping to ensure coordination among all rotary equipment performance stakeholders, including the operations and maintenance teams, to reduce costs and optimize asset performance.

The launch of the new Enlight centre will initially target service engineers from WXing's divisions as well as chief engineers in the ship sector. We will invite other user groups to join in the near future. Ultimately, all users will have a unique user experience on this platform.
